To celebrate the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Dorian Mirth throughout the City Library's "Midnight Muggle Madness" leading up to the 12:01am release. Thousands of people were in attendence and a magical time was had by all.

Organized through the online resources of TheOneRing.net, Line Parties were celebrations of each of the midnight releases of the Lord of the Rings films. What started as a "want some music with that?" question turned into an annual gig for Dorian Mirth, that in turn led directly to more events, not to mention meeting many wonderful and interesting fellow fans. A BIG thank you to MrCere, the Line Party guru--and local fan--for organizing and overseeing all three in Salt Lake City.
